Ryu tries to donate one of his kidneys to his sick sister, only to receive the diagnosis that his is not appropriate for her. On top of this, he is fired from his factory for missing work to care for his sister, and his severance pay is only 10 million won ($7,000). First he gets mixed up with an organ seller in the black market who steals his kidney, then he also loses his 10 million won.
